Memorial service to be held for Zino Mazoui in Sonoma Valley

A local memorial service has been set to honor the memory of a favorite restaurateur in Sonoma Valley, who lost his life in a motorcycle crash on Friday, Sept. 24, in Lake County. A service has been set at his Lakes County restaurant for Saturday, Oct. 9, at 1 p.m., but many Sonoma locals could not make the trek, so Martin Chavez, Ken Brown, Junny Gonzalez and others have organized a memorial to be held in the Sonoma Plaza at the Grinstead Amphitheater on Monday, Oct. 11, from 6 to 11 p.m. The community is invited to to come remember Zino. People are being asked to bring along their memories and pictures of Zino for the evening. Folks are being asked to bring wine and cheese and small appetizers.
