Lavender Food & Wine Festival
You’ll think you’re in the south of France as you wander 5 acres of lavender fields in full bloom at the 11th annual Sonoma Lavender Food & Wine Festival this weekend (June 25-26), 10a.m.-4p.m.
Held in Kenwood at the Lavender Barn (open to the public only during the festival), the event features hundreds of lavender products at up to 60% off, free seminars, cooking demonstrations, lavender cuisine, music, and wines by Chateau St. John, Kenwood Winery, and BR Cohn. Profits support the Education for the Arts program at Wells Fargo Center for the Arts subsidizing performances for 30,000 children a year. Fee: $5/adults, kids 12 and under free.
