Weill just can’t help doing well

Everybody’s good at something. For Sandy Weill, one of the champions of the Green Music Center, it’s making and giving away dough.

The Wall Street Journal reports that Weill, the part-time Sonoma resident and former Citigroup chief, has just sold his New York City penthouse apartment for $88 million to the daughter of a Russian billionaire.
Weill has said he’ll donate the sale proceeds to charity.
